Food and Drink
A hero isn’t much of a hero without food and drink. At Miniøya, we offer a varied selection of food with a focus on high quality and locally sourced ingredients. In addition to our own kiosks, we’ll have several food trucks at the festival. Allergens are listed on signs outside each food outlet and in the menus on this page. You’re also welcome to bring your own food and drinks if you’d like.
Miniøya is a smoke- and alcohol-free event.

Our Own Kiosks
We have three of our own kiosks on the festival grounds: Kiosken, Popis, and Spinnvill.
At Kiosken, we’re proud to be offering Vienna sausages from Metervare this year. The sausages are dairy-free and made from pure ingredients. We also offer waffles made with batter from Telemarksrøra, cinnamon buns from Åpent Bakeri, coffee from Fuglen, and ice cream from Diplom is. In partnership with frukt.no, you can also buy apples, bananas, and baby carrots.
The beverages sold include soda, water, and Solrik.
The Popis kiosk is located next to the Supernova main stage. Here you can buy ice cream, popcorn, soda, and coffee.
The Spinnvill kiosk sells cotton candy and popcorn.
Bamboo Sushi
Bambus Sushi began as a small, local sushi bar in 2001, with a vision of bringing authentic Japanese craftsmanship and fresh ingredients to the neighborhood. Today, Bambus has evolved into a modern sushi destination known for quality, a passion for food, and clean flavors. The Bambus team is known for its passion for food and focus on ingredient quality. At Miniøya, they’ll be serving a menu featuring a variety of sushi, spring rolls (both vegetarian and with meat), and shrimp chips.
Tortas' EL Tommy
The food truck Tortas EL Tommy offers authentic, top-quality Mexican tacos, made from scratch with fresh ingredients. After many years of dreaming and planning, Tommy decided to bring the vibrant flavors of Mexico to Norway. Every torta is made with love—fresh ingredients, bold spices, and carefully selected components that create a flavor combination that really hits the spot. From succulent carnitas to tangy jalapeños, everything is put together with care.
Crispy Clubs
The Crispy Clubs food truck offers fried chicken and loaded fries with amazing flavors for all ages—made entirely from scratch. The inspiration comes from Japanese and South Korean cuisine, with a hint of Southern and Western flavors. The result is juicy, crispy, and full of flavor!
Fuglen Coffee Roasters
Fuglen Coffee Roasters combines Oslo’s long coffee heritage with modern craftsmanship. With roots dating back to 1963 and roasteries in both Oslo and Tokyo, they are passionate about quality, sustainability, and close relationships with producers. Their goal is to highlight the coffee’s origin and create a unique flavor experience in every cup.
At Miniøya’s own kiosks, you can buy delicious, freshly brewed coffee from Fuglen. They also have their own coffee shop with a wider selection of espresso-based drinks, hot chocolate, chocolate milk, kombucha, and iced tea.
Festival food or a packed lunch? It's up to you!
Picky eaters? At Miniøya, you're allowed to bring a packed lunch from home. However, we ask that you not bring glass bottles, and barbecuing is not allowed.
Feel free to bring a water bottle! There are two water stations at the festival where you can refill it along the way.
Allergies
Ask at the kiosk if you have any questions about allergens. We also have gluten-free waffles. The Vienna sausages are dairy-free. Would you like sausages with gluten-free flatbread? Ask at the kiosk!
Smoke- and alcohol-free event
Miniøya is a festival organized with children in mind, so it goes without saying that alcohol, smoking, and other intoxicants are not allowed in the park. If you’d like to smoke, we ask that you do so outside the festival grounds.
